I am a UX/UI Design Leader and Creative Operations Director with nearly a decade of experience working with healthcare, nonprofit, and mission driven organizations. I blend systems thinking, empathy, and storytelling to turn complex challenges into clear, thoughtful, and engaging experiences.

I love bringing people together. Whether I am leading projects, collaborating with stakeholders, or shaping processes behind the scenes, I focus on creating alignment, building momentum, and making the work feel both purposeful and fun.

I start by understanding people. Their motivations, their behaviors, and the problems they are trying to solve. From there, I work with teams to create solutions that feel intuitive, human, and meaningful.

I believe the best work comes from curiosity, collaboration, and a little bit of joy along the way. My goal is always to create something that connects and leaves a lasting impact.
