I put people first. And that is what User Experience is all about: People, and how they feel about what I create. UX combines my love of working with diverse groups of individuals, defining the problems they face, and creating beautiful solutions. 

I begin by understanding people’s motivations and behaviors, and once I’ve got that, I can work with a team to deliver a product everyone will love. I believe that collaboration with many different stakeholders is critical in user-centered design. This perspective helps with communicating ideas and conceptualizing processes. I leverage strategy and design thinking to solve users’ problems, resulting in an end-product to be proud of.
